Hulu's app for iOS now controls Hulu on your Xbox One and PlayStation

Hulu Plus for iPad Mini
Building on its Chromecast remote control support, Hulu Plus will now let you control video playback on your Xbox One, PS3 or PS4 from your iOS device. Once your Hulu Plus app is updated on your console of choice, you'll notice that it will show up under the "cast" button menu just like a Chromecast, giving you more choices to watch your Hulu Plus content on the big screen.
Once casting to your console, the Hulu Plus app on your phone or tablet will continue to work for playback controls and browsing for the next episode to watch. It doesn't look as though you'll need an update to the Hulu Plus mobile app itself either, so you can get right to watching as soon as the console side is updated.

Dirt Resistant paint by Nissan

Nissan Develops Dirt-Resistant Paint (W/Video)

By |   |
Nissan has developed what it says is the world's first self-cleaning car. A bit of a misnomer if there ever was one, Nissan's new "self-cleaning" Versa Note is equipped with what the automaker calls "Ultra-Ever Dry," an aftermarket coating that resists water and dirt, much in the same way Rain-X does.
More on Motortrend.com:
Designed for those who find washing their cars or going to the car wash a chore, Ultra-Ever Dry is a new coating that creates a hydrophobic (water-resistant) and oleophobic (oil-resistant) layer between the car's paint and the surrounding environment. The Ultra-Ever Dry coating repels water, dirt, and road grime by essentially beading it, allowing gravity to whisk the debris off the car. The automaker says the coating has shown promise on a new Nissan Versa Note hatchback, competently repelling rain, frost, sleet and standing water. Nissan plans on continuing to test the new coating in a variety of conditions across Europe.
More on Automobilemag.com:
Though Nissan likely won't be offering Ultra-Ever Dry on its cars from the factory, buyers can expect the dirt-resistant wrap to become available at Nissan dealers -- should the technology continue to show promise in its European testing. If it does well, Nissan buyers can prepare themselves for the hard-sell on undercoat and Ultra-Ever Dry.Source: Nissan

New Facebook for iPhone Lets You Reply to Comments on Pages

Facebook has rolled out version 9.0 of its iPhone app, adding the ability to reply to comments on stories on certain Pages.
For this to work, the Page in question must have this feature turned on.
Also, group admins can now easily review and approve pending posts by group members, and posts about trending topics are highlighted in the iPad version of News Feed.
The new version comes just one day after Facebook announced an optional feature for the iPhone called Nearby Friends. If you turn it on, you'll be able to discover which of your friends are nearby or on the go. You can also choose to share a precise location with a particular group of friends at a set period of time. The feature will become available on the Android and iPhone in the U.S. in the coming weeks.
The 66MB-heavy Facebook 9.0 for the iPhone and iPad is available at Apple's App Store.
